1- User Privacy:
The Cakery respects the privacy of its customers, business partners, employees and job applicants and other visitors to its websites who may choose to provide personal information. It recognizes the need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to it. 2- Order Placement:
Whenever you are making a customer order, you will have to make full payment of your order. The payment can be made through bank transfer or card payment or cash or even on our-website.
3- Returns:
The Cakery takes pride in its customized cakes item. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify The Cakery (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your cake. Cake Talk will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or an in-store credit. This in-store credit may take up to five business days in processing. While returning your merchandise, please must bring receipt of purchase with you.
4- Decorations and Coloring:
The Cakery has employed highly skilled decorators who do their best to match any requested color or design. However, their ability to meet your requirements is constrained as they are dealing with icing & fondant that can fade to light and temperature so The Cakery do not guarantee an exact match. Moreover, due to the nature of drawings, The Cakery will make its best representation of what is requested but is again limited by the nature of the product. Minor cropping may occur in order to fit image to cake/space available. The Cakery will print images as provided by the client. Colors and design of actual cake may vary slightly from the computer image due to nature of digital and edible components. Tall cakes are using cake board, wire, wooden dowel inside the cake to stabilize the cake. Without this the top tier will be sink and damage. For any cream cake with dark colors, food coloring helps the color tone. It might stick to the hands or body parts when touched but it’s completely washable with soap.

All pricing depends on cake design.
6- Shipping:
Under no circumstances, The Cakery will take any responsibility of problems that may occur during the shipping process. The Cakery request customer to keep all delivered products in refrigerator. The Cakery would not take any responsibility of mishandling or any other problem that may take after delivered the product or product which already handover to customer.
Shipping fee may vary in delivery location.
In case of any product returns, customer is responsible to make necessary arrangements for shipping and may also make any incidental charges that are to be incurred in this regard.
7- Out of Stock Policy/unavailability:
In order to ensure that customers receive best quality items, The Cakery prepares fresh cake items. This leads to stock fluctuation throughout the day. If an item is out of stock for some time, The Cakery will try to prepare it at its earliest. Just in case, if it is not possible for The Cakery then it reserves the right to decline any order.
8- Information Sharing:
In connection with customers’ orders, The Cakery collects, uses and processes personal information of the client. The information received from the client is used only for the purpose of business. This information is used by staff members, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies and other parties as and when required for processing your business orders.
